The translation of the word Tantra is ‘to weave together’. Tantra is about bringing light into the shadowy corners of our lives, to bring together that which is on display and what we keep hidden, or pushed aside.
What area of our lives have more stigma and shame than sex? Yet, we can not escape the fact that it’s the very act that brought us here! Through accepting all parts of ourselves, we find wholeness.
Sex is a creative life force and we are all sexual beings.
In a Tantric bodywork session you’ll be invited to have all your senses awakened. You’ll get a chance to open blockages, and be deeply held and accepted. It’s different from cuddling because there is erotic energy present though there is no goal or finish line focus.
Though Tantra is working with sexual energy and can be called a form of sex work, it’s important to note that it is not prostitution and there is a zero tolerance for such requests.
And- Liz is passionate about being a conduit for wholistic sex work. In effort to aid the feminist movement, we must empower individuals who choose to work in the industry that currently harbors abuse. The last phase of the feminist movement is to abolish the stigma and double standard for the sexual woman.
Credentials: Liz studied under the world renowned SHASHI SOLLUNA.
